Dear Sir

Complaint of programme signal

I am writing a letter of complaint about the poor signal of the TV programme of your company.

I have signed the contract of broadcast which is offered on 2nd March 2011. Your staff member told me that I can watch the sport programme once the signal receiver had been installed. Unfortunately, when I wanted to watch the EPL live football match, the signal was very weak and unstable. The image could not be shown clearly which was not up to your usual high quality. I have checked all the equipement and it did work well. That is why I am so disappointed at the quality of the signal that your company provided.

Since I have signed the contract, I should have the right to get the services deserved. I certaily hope you will offer me a repair service to solve of the broadcast problem as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully
Martin and Donald

Re: Programme signal matter
We are sorry that the poor signal of our TV programme was unsatisfactory and caused inconvenience for you.

Our technical service department always tries its best to investigate the problem of the connection. We have found that due to the poor weather that day, the signal was not transmitted properly and this affects the quality of the programme.

I have instructed the technical service department to have frequent inspection of the transmitter to ensure the stable signal transmission.

We appreciate your patronage of our company and we want every customer to be satisfied. To show our goodwill, we are offering you the latest model receiver with the up-graded system as compensation.

Yours sincerely
Sara and Vicki
